We've used a Scandium main tubes, with our own custom butted 7XXX rear triangle to keep everything light, but amazingly compliant. Headtube and BB shell are internally machined to save weight. The dropouts are fixed, welded, cold forged, lovely, non singlespeed dropouts - we could have done "sliders", but we wanted to save every gramme on this one. This is the least-aluminium-like aluminium frame you'll ride! This 29in x 18in sample weighs around 3.5lb
