Race Support

The Bike Boutique has been and continues to be a major presence at leading triathlon races across Asia. We have become a familiar and welcome sight to many triathletes in the region, often as the Official Bike Service Provider and Bike Shop at those races.

We believe that no one should have to DNF (fail to complete) a race they prepared so hard for, simply due to mechanical problems. We will be there for you before and during the race to ensure your bike remains in tip-top condition. That is our commitment to you!

We typically offer the following bike-related services:

Mechanic Support

- Before Race Day

The Bike Boutique offers FREE bike mechanic services (regular tune ups and maintenance) during race week. For a nominal fee, we also provide packing and unpacking services, bike building, and repair work requiring specialized attention. Our mechanics will be on hand in the days leading up to the race to ensure every athlete has a chance to get his or her bike tuned up.

- On Race Day

Our bike mechanics will be on hand at T1 (bike transition) well before the race starts on race day to assist you in case your tire has gone flat overnight! However, no major bike repairs, unpacking or bike builds will be performed on race day, only emergency repairs such as tire changes.

- During the Race

The Bike Boutique has official bike support vehicles on the race course with our very best mechanics on board to provide on-course support (only on races where on-course support is allowed) on race day. We strongly believe that basic mechanical problems should never end your race.

Retail Support

Even the most organised have met with unseen problems prior to race day. So in the event that you forget to pack your race belt or lose your water bottle while scouting the race route, do not panic. We will have last-minute race essentials on sale at our booth.
