Return, Exchange & Refund

Returns / Exchange

You must write in to us on products that you wishes to return or exchange before shipping them to us. We only accept return / exchange of products purchased from The Bike Boutique Online Store.

You may return unopened purchased products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All shipping charges involved in the returning of the product must be borne by you. These shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount we will pay to you.

If you need to return / exchange and is due to our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.), we'll pay the shipping costs involved in the returning / exchanging of the product.

Unfortunately, you cannot return products brought in The Bike Boutiques Retail Store.

If you need to return an product, please contact us our operations staff. Our staff will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a printable Return Shipping Label.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned product. We can only issue a refund in voucher or the same form of orginal payment used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days upon the completion of the return process.

The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

• Returned product(s) condition, including packaging.
• Shipping cost, if required, shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• Products received in a different state from what was shipped will receive only partial refunds.
• Any box or package that has been opened will receive no more 50% of product purchase price.
• We do not provide any refund for a product that has obvious signs of use.

Other surcharges

A processing fee of US$30 will be impose for refund / return that is not due to our error. We reserved the rights to include other unforeseen cost that may arise due to the return, and as such you will be duely informed before hand.
