The Bikeboutique and DHL are committed to providing you with the best service and fastest delivery possible. Unfortunately, we have no control over the actions of your local customs officers who may hold your package for tax-clearance or other concerns. Therefore, our efforts to deliver to you in 3 to 5 business days are on a best-effort basis.

Shipping Cost

Shipping Cost depends on Parcel Weight. Parcel Weight (in Kg) is determined by its Volumetric Weight or Physical Weight, whichever higher.

• Volumetric Weight is the calculated weight in relation to the amount of space a package occupies. It is calculated by multiply package length, height and width (in cm), divide by 6000 as specified by International Air Transport Association (IATA).
• Physical Weight is the weight measured by a weighting machine.

Shipping Cost is given by DHL based on Parcel Weight and Shipping Destination.

Insurance

We insures all international packages against lost due to delivery.

Customs and Import Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Our prices listed are not inclusive of duties and taxes. We do not collect duties and taxes (with the exception of orders that is deliver to a Singapore address where a GST of 7% will be impose). We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
